Workshop description

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of cappuccino preparation in the comfort of your home with our specialized workshop! Using tools as accessible as the classic Italian Moka and the iconic French Press, you will discover how to master the art of creating the perfect cappuccino. You will learn the essential techniques to turn every cup into a unique experience, valuing the quality of coffee and elevating your daily routine with the touch of an authentic barista in your own kitchen. Our workshop begins with a captivating introduction to the coffee production chain, allowing you to understand the importance of each stage in the creation of this delicious beverage. You will delve into the world of Italian Moka, learning the secrets of proper preparation, including the perfect grind and the ideal water temperature to extract the full flavour of the coffee. We will continue to explore the crucial role of milk in the preparation of cappuccino, with a special focus on texturisation using the French Press. You will discover how to precisely manage the temperature of the milk to achieve a smooth, creamy froth that perfectly complements the flavour of the coffee. With our workshop, you will be ready to turn your home into an authentic gourmet café, delighting your loved ones with exceptional cappuccinos at any time.

Workshop components

Our workshop is composed of:

  • Introduction to the production chain
  • Preparation in Italian Moka, grinding and water temperature.
  • Milk, milk temperature and texturisation in French press.

At the end of our workshop, you will be able to choose a 250 gram bag of one of our coffees as a gift.

Location and hours

It will take place in our physical store Sensorial Coffee Roasters, located at C/Llull 199, Bajos, 08005, Poblenou, Barcelona. The language will be Spanish and the workshop will last 2 hours. However, we reserve the right to change the date of the workshop or to refund the full amount of the workshop if the minimum number of participants, which is 5 people, is not reached.
