This speciality coffee comes from the Campo Hermoso farm in Colombia, a family farm owned by the Noreña family. Today, Edwin Noreña, a fourth-generation coffee farmer, coffee processing consultant, Q-grader and judge in Colombia’s Cup of Excellence competition, manages the cultivation and processing of the farm’s coffees.
This coffee is a clear reflection of Edwin’s passion for creating exceptional coffees. It combines the Wush Wush coffee variety with a classic natural process that enhances its characteristics to the maximum, achieving a cup full of nuances and complexity.
With an omni roast, this coffee is designed to enhance its profile in any brewing method, such as drip, Chemex, Italian or superautomatic. Its clean, balanced profile delivers a smooth cup allowing flavours to shine through with clarity and depth.

Process - Natural
Discover the natural process that takes cherries to new heights of quality. From the meticulous harvesting of cherries with more than 22º brix to the soaking in water for 4 hours, every step is taken care of. The coffee, sun-dried on African beds for 23 days, reveals its true character. After 12 days of final stabilisation in a warehouse, each grain is stored in grain-pro bags to preserve its excellence. Finally, the batches are tasted with precision, guaranteeing a sublime experience with every sip.

Wush Wush is a rare coffee variety originating in Ethiopia, prized for its exotic and floral sensory profile. It has become popular in Colombia for its complexity of flavours, which include fruity, floral and citrus notes.
