The San Carlos Estate coffee farm was Mauricio Borgonovo’s first acquisition in 1950, where he started the Borgonovo Pohl project after several years as a weigher in a coffee mill. Borgonovo Pohl is a third generation family business dedicated to processing and exporting high quality coffee in El Salvador. With more than 50 years of experience, the new generation proudly continues the tradition of commitment to quality, while also focusing on social and environmental sustainability.
