Santuario Innovation Center
Nestled in picturesque mountain farms, Mexican coffee stands as a hidden treasure on the world coffee scene. It was at the end of 2017 when Santuario took its first steps on Mexican soil, marking a milestone with the creation of the Ixhuatlan Innovation Centre in Veracruz. Since then, a commitment to excellence and sustainability has guided every step on these estates. Today, the Santuario programme in Mexico has flourished, with the active participation of 120 dedicated farmers. Through the provision of technical and quality advice, Santuario has strived to build a strong base of producers committed to supplying premium quality coffees. This partnership with farmers has not only strengthened the quality of Mexican coffee, but has also contributed to the socio-economic development of local communities.
