Explore the exquisite flavours of our Brazilian coffee, harvested in Carmo de Minas at an altitude of 1220 metres on the Santuario Sul farm. Thanks to the manual harvesting on the farm and the natural drying of the cherries for 18 days in African beds, we obtain a coffee with an exceptional profile in the cup, with notes of caramel, chocolate, almonds and nuts.

The Classic Natural process

Discover the natural process that takes cherries to new heights of quality. From the meticulous harvesting of cherries with more than 22º brix to the soaking in water for 4 hours, every step is taken care of. The coffee, sun-dried on African beds for 23 days to 10.5% humidity, reveals its true character. After 12 days of final stabilisation in a warehouse, each grain is stored in grain-pro bags to preserve its excellence. Finally, the batches are tasted with precision, guaranteeing a sublime experience with every sip.

Finca Santuario Sul, was created 9 years ago with the same philosophy and techniques of Finca Santuario in Cauca Colombia. Luiz Paulo Pereira and Camilo Merizalde decided to plant Yellow Bourbon as the estate’s main variety. During the following years, up to 20 different varieties from all over the world were planted. Each year Santuario Sul offers new and sophisticated processes to enhance the flavors of the exotic coffees planted in the farm.
