This specialty coffee comes from the Santa Cecilia farm, part of the Veloso Coffee group, a company with more than four decades of experience in coffee production in Brazil. Located in Carmo do Paranaíba, in the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Santa Cecilia benefits from an altitude of 1,061 metres above sea level and an ideal climate, with well-defined seasons that favour the ripening of the beans. In 2018, Veloso Coffee reached a production of 150,000 bags, consolidating its position as one of the largest coffee producers in the country. Process - Natural

Discover the natural process that takes cherries to new heights of quality. From the meticulous harvesting of cherries with more than 22º brix to the soaking in water for 4 hours, every step is taken care of. The coffee, sun-dried on African beds for 23 days, reveals its true character. After 12 days of final stabilisation in a warehouse, each grain is stored in grain-pro bags to preserve its excellence. Finally, the batches are tasted with precision, guaranteeing a sublime experience with every sip.
