SHIPPING
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Home delivery: Delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
- Pick up in shop: Select the Sensorial store where you want to pick up your order.
- Collection at CityPack or Post Offices
How much do shipping costs?
- Standard shipping PENINSULA: 6,05 €
- Standard delivery BALEARIC ISLANDS (Menorca, Ibiza and Mallorca): 10,89 €.
- Standard shipping CEUTA and MELILLA: 10,89 €.
- Standard shipping CANARY ISLANDS: 14,50 €.
- EU standard delivery: 20,00 €.
Package preparation and dispatch
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
Transportation and delivery information
Shipments are managed by the company CORREOS and CORREOS EXPRESS.
Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Orders are dispatched and delivered only on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding local and national holidays and special delivery methods (such as Saturday deliveries, where available). If you have ordered several items, they can be shipped in separate boxes without additional shipping costs. Please note that occasionally.
Countries we distribute to
When buying at https://sensorial.coffee indicates shipping for addresses.
We distribute to countries within the European Union, although these deliveries can be delayed.
Shipment tracking
You can track the shipment of your order using the tracking number that we will provide you by email, from the official website of the post office. We will send you a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can check the status of your shipment.
If you have ordered several items, they can be shipped in separate boxes without additional shipping costs.
RETURNS
Can I return all products?
Returns will only be accepted for non-food related products such as coffee machines and merchandising items. Unfortunately, the coffee bags cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
What is the return period?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our shop within 14 DAYS from the day the order is delivered to you.
Return conditions
Possible cases of return:
1) Non-food products (coffee machines and merchandising)
As a matter of shop policy, returns will only be accepted on non-food related products such as coffee machines and merchandising items. Unfortunately, the coffee bags cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
2) The product is defective or has been damaged during transport.
If the product is defective, the user can return it, at the customer’s expense, or return it to our physical shop at C/Llull 199 in Barcelona. Sensorial Coffee Roasters will reship the replaced product at no additional cost to the customer. You only have to inform us of your incident at shop@sensorial.coffee.
In cases of significant and visible damage to the packaging of the goods during transport, it is highly recommended that the customer notes the incidents on the carrier’s delivery note (it is even advisable to take a photo) and informs us at shop@sensorial.coffee as soon as possible.
3) Disproving
Under Spanish law, the customer has the right of withdrawal, which allows him to return the product if it does not meet his expectations. This right may be exercised within 14 calendar days of receipt. However, if the product has been opened, the right of withdrawal does not apply, according to article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The refund will be made once the condition of the product has been checked, within 14 calendar days, through the same means of payment used. Return costs, including shipping costs, shall be borne by the purchaser.
Return shipping instructions
Please complete the printed returns form included in the delivery note or contact us if you need assistance. Be sure to pack the items securely in the original order box or in suitable packaging. Use the return label provided inside the original box. Items must be brought to a Post Office point within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 1-5 working days and notify you by email when the credit has been issued. It is recommended to use the same procedure and transport company to facilitate tracking and secure shipping.
Sensorial Coffee Roasters will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation in the event of loss, theft, tampering or damage to returned packages.
How do I get a refund for my order?
We will issue the corresponding refund once we have checked that the product is in perfect condition and has not been modified.
We refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase. In the event that your order incurs additional transport and/or payment method charges, these amounts will not be refunded. Only the amount of the returned products will be refunded.
