Workshop description

Explore the fascinating world of barista in our intensive course, designed to transform your passion for coffee into a professional skill. From the seed to the art of the latte, this course covers all the essential aspects of the coffee production chain, giving you a deep and complete understanding of the process.

You will learn how to perfectly calibrate each stage of coffee preparation, ensuring an optimal extraction that brings out the best characteristics of each bean. In addition, you will master the ideal milk texturization technique, a crucial skill for creating exquisite, smooth microfoams that are the foundation of latte art.

Throughout the course, you will discover how every detail, from the selection of the beans to the final presentation of the beverage, influences the quality and flavor of the coffee. Become a coffee master in a short period of time, acquiring the necessary skills to stand out in the exciting and creative world of barismo.

Workshop components

Our workshop is composed of:

  • Introduction to the production chain
  • Coffee growing: Production and processing
  • Calibration: Ratio, time, balance, grind and H2O for coffee
  • Coffee-based drinks: Americano, cappuccino, latte, latte, flat white and cortado.
  • Coffee milk (texturisation)
  • Latte Art

At the end of our workshop, you will be able to choose a 250 gram bag of one of our coffees as a gift.

Location and hours

It will take place in our physical store Sensorial Coffee Roasters, located at C/Llull 199, Bajos, 08005, Poblenou, Barcelona. The language will be Spanish and the workshop will last 4 hours.
