Honey Classic
Coffee cherries are harvested when they reach more than 21º Brix. They are then soaked in water for one hour and pulped, leaving 45% mucilage. They are dried in the sun on African beds for 20 to 22 days until they reach 10.5% humidity. They are then stabilized in a warehouse for 16 days before being stored in GrainPro bags. Finally, the coffee is cupped and lots are sorted according to quality.
Tres Milagros Farm from Costa Rica
This farm has belonged to the Facusse family for 55 years. In 2011, Camilo Merizalde and the Facusse Family created a specialty coffee program, applying the experience of Finca Santuario Colombia. Today, Tres Milagros offers outstanding specialty coffees with unique processes.
