This specialty coffee originates from the Tres Milagros farm in Costa Rica and has been owned by the Facusse family for more than five decades. During this time, it has established itself as a true icon of coffee tradition in the region.

Since 2011, together with Camilo Merizalde, the estate has undergone a significant transformation. This team has dedicated itself to perfecting every detail to elevate the quality and uniqueness of its coffees. Today, Finca Tres Milagros is internationally recognised for producing exceptional speciality coffees, each processed with unique techniques that enhance their most outstanding attributes.

Specially roasted for filter methods, this coffee has been designed to shine in preparations such as the Chemex or drip brewer. Its clean, balanced profile delivers a smooth, elegant cup, highlighting vibrant, deep flavours with unrivalled clarity.

Process - Black Honey

Explore the Black Honey process at the Tres Milagros farm, where excellence is the norm. The cherries, with more than 22° Brix, are soaked in water for 2 hours and pulped leaving 85% of the mucilage. Cherries undergo a meticulous sun-drying process on African beds lasting 22-24 days, carefully monitored until the humidity level reaches 10.5%. Following this, a meticulous 16-day humidity stabilization phase takes place within a warehouse. The journey concludes as the coffee is securely stored in grain-pro bags, ensuring optimal preservation and quality. Each batch is tasted, guaranteeing the quality and uniqueness of each cup.
