E&B Lab competition filter to improve the coffee extraction of the Moka coffee machine. It has 0.2mm holes instead of the traditional 0.8mm for cleaner cups with less bitterness and a slight acidity.
Features
Components: stainless steel filter and transparent silicone gasket.
Suitable: for most aluminium mocha coffee machines.
This filter has more smaller holes (0.2 mm diameter) than the more traditional and larger ones (≈ 0.8 mm diameter) to allow a perfect extraction by avoiding high pressure water that could damage the coffee cake. A cleaner coffee is obtained thanks to the reduction of fine particles in the cup, thus emphasising acidity and reducing bitterness.
