The Profitec TWIST SD54 delivers precise and consistently high-quality grinding results. The single-dose function ensures the freshest ground coffee is delivered directly to the portafilter, preserving both aroma and ground coffee.
Simply weigh the beans into the measuring cup, pour them into the coffee filter, close the lid, and place the measuring cup back onto the integrated leveler. The magnet in the measuring cup guarantees stability and prevents tipping. After grinding, a few pumps on the coffee filter release any remaining coffee particles from the grinding chamber. Place the portafilter onto the measuring cup, twist it, and use the leveler to evenly distribute the ground coffee.
Then simply tamp, brew, and enjoy.
The steel burrs have a 54 mm diameter, and the grind setting is continuously adjustable.

The TWIST SD54 enables precise, reproducible grinding results of the highest quality. The Single Dosing brings the freshest grind into the portafilter, without loss of aromas and ground coffee.
Simply weigh the beans in the Dosing Cup, pour them into the Coffee Bellow, close the lid and place the Dosing Cup back on the integrated leveler. The magnet on the Dosing Cup ensures that it remains
stable and cannot tip over. After the grinding process, a few pulses on the Coffee Bellow ensure that the coffee particles remaining in the grinding chamber are released. Place the portafilter on the dosing cup, turn it over and use the leveler to distribute the ground coffee evenly.
All that’s left to do is to tamp, brew and enjoy.
