Classic Washed process

Immerse yourself in the classic coffee Classic Washed process, where each stage is executed with precision to ensure exceptional quality. The cherries are selected for their sugar content of more than 20° Brix, then soaked in water for 2 hours. The process continues with wet milling leaving 50% mucilage. After sun-drying on parabolic beds for 16 days, the coffee reaches a humidity of 10.5%. Subsequently, a final moisture stabilisation is carried out for 16 days and stored in grain-pro bags.
