The PID display manages the boiler and steam temperatures, allowing you to extract the best from each blend.
Pressure Gauge
The pressure gauge monitors the coffee output pressure: the green range, between 8 and 12 bars, indicates the optimal value and allows you to understand whether the pre-brewing steps have been carried out correctly.
Multi-Directional Wand
The multi-directional wand with an anti-scald handle delivers hot water and steam for bar-quality foam. Both the water and steam functions can be activated using the front toggle switches and adjusted using the side knob.
