The Silvia Pro X is a single-group espresso machine that delivers precision and control with every cup, whilst taking up minimal space thanks to its compact design. Silvia Pro combines the professional performance of Rancilio espresso machines with the remarkable capabilities of Silvia. With the addition of two PIDs, a digital display, two independent boilers and a wider range of coffee solutions, it is designed to deliver the ultimate coffee experience and meet the needs of expert baristas.

Equipment

PID

Electronic control of the water temperature in the coffee boiler and steam boiler via an internal PID, offering extremely precise temperature stability.

Separate boilers

The Silvia Pro is equipped with two separate boilers, both fitted with PID: one boiler heats the water for coffee, and the other is a steam boiler for hot water and steam.

Temperature control

The temperature of the water for coffee and steam can be easily adjusted via the
display buttons.
