What is the difference between the Espresso and Filter subscriptions?
Each one includes specialty coffee selected and roasted for that method. The Espresso subscription features coffees with more body and sweetness, designed for espresso or moka pot machines. The Filter subscription features more aromatic coffees with more nuances, for V60, Chemex, AeroPress, or drip coffee makers. You choose the grind, or whole bean if you prefer to grind it at home.
How much is shipping?
In peninsular Spain, nothing: shipping is free on all subscriptions, with no extra costs. For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe, shipping is charged based on weight, and you will see the price before you pay. You can also pick up your coffee at our store if that suits you better.
Do I have a contract commitment? Can I pause or cancel?
There is no commitment. You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you want from your account, with no strings attached and no complications.
How much do I save with the subscription?
Up to 20% off the regular price. Plus, you get a seasonal coffee at its peak without having to remember to order it, and you can choose how many bags you want in each shipment, with no limit.
How is the subscription charged and when will I receive my coffee?
The subscription is charged automatically with each shipment, so you don't have to do anything. As soon as the payment is processed, we prepare your order and ship it, and you will receive it in 3 to 4 business days within Spain.
