Frequently Asked Questions

What is filter roast coffee like?

Filter roast coffee usually has a medium or light roast profile, which brings out the coffee's more delicate and brighter notes, such as fruity and floral flavours. This roast balances the bean's acidity and natural sweetness, and is ideal for brewing methods with a slower extraction, such as Chemex, V60 or French press. Filter coffee highlights the complexity and original characteristics of the bean's origin.
