Eureka Mignon XL 65

599,00 € 699,00 €

Balance between power and workflow:the Mignon XL brings 65 mm burrs to the home kitchen and grinds an espresso dose in just a few seconds.
65 mm Diamond Inside burrs:made of Pure Diamond with patented cryogenic treatment at −193 °C, which keeps the edge sharp for much longer.
Fast and quiet:320 W motor at 1650 rpm that grinds at 2.3–2.8 g/s, at only about 60 dB thanks to Silent Technology.
Extremely low retention:the ELR system reduces the coffee left in the chamber and achieves dose consistency of about ±0.2 g.
Touch screen:two programmable doses, continuous mode, +/– time adjustment, Extra Dose, and dose counter. Starts with the Start & Stop microswitch.
Hands-free universal fork:rubber-coated, together with a metal coffee outlet.
Mignon Mat Kit included:washable silicone mat, tamping station, and brush.
Stepless micrometric regulation:the system patented by Eureka offers infinite adjustment points by moving the bottom burr, and allows for cleaning the burrs without losing the grind setting.
Technical data:320 W · 1650 rpm · 300 g hopper (510 g optional) · 380 × 120 × 180 mm (H × W × D) · 7.2 kg.
