Comandante C40 MK4 Nitro Blade

• Nitro Blade burrs:conical, carved from a solid block of Nitro Rex steel, a very hard and wear-resistant high-nitrogen stainless steel, with micro-blades at the tips for a clean cut and low dust.
• Inert surface:the steel of the burrs does not react with the coffee or rust prematurely, so it respects the aromatic complexity of specialty coffees.
• For espresso and filter:the selector, a three-pointed star at the base, adjusts by clicks from very fine to coarse. It can be used for espresso, moka, filter, French press and ibrik.
• Beyond coffee:it is also suitable for grinding tea, salt, pepper and other dry spices, as long as you clean it thoroughly before returning to coffee.
• Stainless steel construction:the body, the shaft, the handle and the micro-bearings are made of stainless steel. The shaft sits on two ball micro-bearings to better distribute the force.
• Finish:in the solid colors, a high-temperature baked powder coating on the steel body, durable and with a good grip; in Liquid Amber, natural liquidambar wood veneer, so each grinder is unique.
• Natural oak knob:made in the Black Forest and treated with natural oil-wax. It is press-fit.
• Includes:two 40 g jars for ground coffee, one in brown glass and another in practically unbreakable clear polymer. Both are food-safe.
• Care:it cannot be put in the dishwasher or under water. It is cleaned with a brush, and doing so once a week or a month is enough depending on how much you use it.
• Handmade in Germany.
