A tribute to Florence:a surreal scene with a couple having coffee in front of the Ponte Vecchio, the cathedral and the Palazzo Vecchio. It celebrates coffee as a ritual of pausing.
Inside, a Specialità:all the performance of Eureka's best-known Mignon, for espresso and for filter.
55 mm flat burrs:made of hardened steel and with a lifespan of about 300 kg. They grind at 1.8–2.5 g/s for espresso and 2.5–3.5 g/s for filter.
Touch screen:two time-programmable doses, continuous mode and dose counter. Starts with the microswitch when the portafilter is inserted.
Hands-free fork:suitable for any portafilter.
Stepless micrometric regulation:Eureka's patented system offers infinite adjustment points by moving the lower burr, and allows for cleaning the burrs without losing the grind setting.
Silent Technology:Eureka's anti-vibration system reduces grinding noise by about 20 dB compared to a conventional grinder, so you can grind first thing in the morning without waking anyone up.
