• Silent, fast and versatile:Eureka's best-known Mignon, designed for home grinding for espresso as well as moka pot, drip, or French press.
• 55 mm flat burrs:made of hardened steel with a lifespan of about 300 kg of coffee. They grind at 1.8–2.5 g/s for espresso and 2.5–3.5 g/s for filter coffee.
• Timed dosing with touch screen:program two doses and use the continuous mode whenever you need it. You can adjust the time with +/–, and it features an Extra Dose function and a dose counter.
• Portafilter-activated start:a microswitch on the fork starts the grinding when you rest the portafilter against it. You can also start it from the screen.
• Hands-free fork:adjustable and suitable for any portafilter, so you can do other tasks while it grinds.
• Stepless micrometric regulation:Eureka’s patented system offers infinite adjustment points by moving the lower burr, and allows you to clean the burrs without losing your grind setting.
• Silent Technology:Eureka’s anti-vibration system reduces grinding noise by about 20 dB compared to a conventional grinder, so you can grind first thing in the morning without waking anyone up.
