Rocket R58 Tune

2.950,00 €

Tune technology for a more rounded espresso:the machine applies a 3-phase pressure profile: it wets the puck with a time-controlled pre-infusion at a fixed pressure of 3 bar, extracts at full pressure, and drops back to 3 bar in the final phase. This ensures the coffee is saturated evenly, reduces channeling at the beginning, and makes the end of the extraction smoother, with no bitter notes.
Let every coffee shine:by controlling the pressure in each phase, the origin, roast, and grind are better highlighted. It is ideal for those who work with specialty coffees and want to get the best out of every batch.
Dual boiler with independent PID:a 0.58 L boiler dedicated to coffee and another 1.8 L boiler for steam, each with its own PID control. You can set the exact extraction temperature without affecting the steam, and prepare consecutive coffees and milk-based drinks without waiting.
Communication Pod:the 3.5" touchscreen attaches to the machine with a magnet. From it, you can control temperatures, profiles, and the extraction timer in real time, and you can place it wherever it is most comfortable for you.
TCA Group:a sculptural coffee group, redesigned by Rocket, that maintains thermal stability in every extraction. Fast Heat-Up shortens the wait time from power-on.
Push-turn knobs:the steam and hot water knobs have a dual function: press to purge and turn to regulate flow, for cleaner and more intuitive milk work.
Installation flexibility:it works with its 1.9 L reservoir or connected directly to the water mains, ideal if you are going to leave it fixed in the kitchen or office.
V12 Design:monolithic body, renewed front, and newly designed feet that make it more stable. It is the evolution of the R58 dual boiler platform, one of Rocket's most iconic models.
Technical data:1600 W (220-240 V) · 335 × 482 × 427 mm (408 mm wide with the screen) · 29 kg.
