Rocket R9 One

4.999,00 €

Café technology in your home:brings together the best of Rocket's commercial machine development program in a format for the home or small business, for those who want maximum control over every extraction.
Pressure profiling:control pre-infusion and post-infusion with 5 predefined programs, or manually create the profile with the Rocket paddle. You can replicate competition recipes or experiment with every coffee until you find its sweet spot.
Fully saturated group head:the group is part of the boiler circuit, so the temperature is very stable from the first coffee to the last, even during long sessions.
Dual stainless steel boilers:1.9 L for coffee and 3.6 L for steam (5.5 L total). With that reserve, you can brew coffee and texture milk at the same time, just like at a professional coffee bar.
Volumetric pump and digital PID:the volumetric pump manages pressure precisely and quietly, and the digital PID maintains the exact temperature you choose.
Touch screen with timer:displays extraction time and allows for intuitive adjustment of profiles and parameters.
Custom installation:works with an integrated reservoir or via direct water line connection, the best option for intensive use.
Professional construction:stainless steel boilers and commercial-grade components, built to last for many years.
Technical data:1600 W (220-240 V) · 410 × 505 × 430 mm · 47.4 kg.
