Espresso machines for specialty coffee at home

An espresso machine forces hot water at about 9 bars of pressure through very finely ground and compacted coffee. In about 25-30 seconds, you get a short, intense coffee with body and a dense crema, which is also the base for a cortado, flat white, cappuccino, or latte. At Sensorial Coffee, we select manual and semi-automatic espresso machines designed to bring out the best in specialty coffee: stable temperature, good pressure, and a steam wand for texturing milk. There are models for beginners and for those seeking total control over extraction. Pair it with freshly roasted coffee and a good grinder, and you'll have a coffee-shop-quality espresso at home.

Frequently Asked Questions
