Collaboration with Abono KM0: Transforming waste into resources
Abono KM0 is a project that converts organic waste into high-quality compost, promoting a circular economy and reducing environmental impact. At our facilities, we collect coffee waste, such as grounds and husks, and send them to Abono KM0. These materials are processed and transformed into organic fertilizer, which is then used to enrich local agricultural soils, thus closing the nutrient cycle.

Our coffee shops are equipped with clearly marked recycling stations to facilitate waste separation. We encourage our customers and employees to actively participate in recycling paper, plastic, glass, and organic waste. In addition, we use compostable cups and utensils to minimize the use of single-use plastics, contributing to the reduction of non-biodegradable waste.
